POLICIES ° NO GUESTS or PETS we have very limited space at the salon ° DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE ° 15 minute Grace Period ! If you’re more than 15 minutes late I may have to cancel your appointment if it conflicts with my work schedule for that day (50% service fee) For ANY waxing services you must not be currently using, Retinol, Retin-a, Benzoyl Peroxide, Accutane or any kind of harsh daily exfoliants, or acne products/medication. These products can/will cause the skin to lift during a waxing service. Booking an appointment confirms that you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens and plans can change, but to ensure the smooth operation of our salon, we have the following policies in place: °Cancellations made 24hrs or less before the appointment or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service total. °Any rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be considered a last-minute cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation fee mentioned above. ALL DEPOSITS AND FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies help us accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
